Exhibitor Participation

We would love for you to get involved in this community event! The Fire in the Pines Festival focuses on raising awareness about controlled burning in our native ecosystem and its benefits to everyone. If you represent an organization that supports the festival’s mission and want to get involved, please contact us below!

Exhibitors should:

• Be a non-profit or government/state organization, or school group with a commitment to environmental education and/or preservation.
• Provide own exhibit equipment.
• Offer a fire/nature-themed hands-on activity or display that aligns with the mission.
• Not offer merchandise or services for sale – NO VENDING! We want this festival to be completely free to the public.
• Please arrive at Halyburton Park between 8 am – 9 am and be set up by 9:30 AM
